This Movember, I’m running (and occasionally crawling) 5km every day — moustache and all.

By the end of the month, that’s 150km through freezing temperatures where a strong frost might actually double my mo-growth.

I’ve had my own ups and downs with mental health, and I have had men in my life who’ve faced prostate and testicular cancer. These challenges remind me how important it is to talk, check in, and take action.

Every kilometre and every questionable facial hair choice is for a cause that matters — men’s mental health, prostate and testicular cancer.

Let’s get the conversation — and the moustaches — growing.
