My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember I hope to continue the good work from last year by raising awareness for mens mental health. My blonde hair doesnt do me any favours but an awkward upper lip is a cheap price to pay to promote such a worth cause.

Now more than ever with our situation at work it is important to look out for those around us. Not only mentally but also physically. We know we live and work in a challengening environment: experiencing dark winters, working many hours and seeing friends go. Movember is here to support all things MENS MENTAL HEALTH.
