My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Prostate cancer
Men's health
Testicular cancer

This is the 5th year I will be taking part in the shave and grow a ‘tach in the name of men’s mental health, prostate and testicular cancer awareness.

Starting in 2019 in the months of November, with help from friends and family from far and wide we managed to raise over 43,000…!
In 2023, I ranked 4th place for the whole of Sweden!
This year I’m looking to smash that target..
My moustache that I’ve been growing for well over a year will be shaved off come the start of the month and believe it or not, I’ll be giving a 10km run a crack this month.
