My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This month I will be rowing 200km (on a rowing machine, the water is literally Baltic outside) to raise money and awareness for mens physical and mental health.
10 of us will be rowing 60km a day, for every day of November, for the 60 men that commit suicide across the world every hour of every day.
