My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have always had issues with my mental health, but recently I have been struggling more than ever. One of the reasons I struggle is that I find it difficult to share how I feel, a product of my upbringing and how it was weak to not be ok inside.

I want to help raise awareness for men and others who feel the way I do, it is ok to not be ok. We are human and having a tough time is part of that. If you find yourself struggling reach out and ask for help. I am still working on this myself but getting help was an important step for me to work on getting better.
