My motivation

This November, I’m taking on the challenge of running at least 10 km every single day to support Movember. A cause that shines a light on men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

As part of the challenge, I won’t be growing the tash but I’ve took out the clippers and shaved my long lasting beard.

For me, it’s not just about the distance or the facial hair. It’s about starting conversations that can save lives. It’s about breaking the silence that keeps so many men from asking for help.
