First personalise your Mo Space page by uploading a profile picture and changing your motivation for doing Movember with a statement about why standing up for men’s health means so much to you.
Then set yourself a fundraising goal, for example 1000Kr, and create a list of family, friends and colleagues who you will approach for a donation.
Email is one of the best and easiest ways to ask for a donation, we have created some suggested wording, which includes the URL to your Mo Space (donation) page. It’s best to take time to personalise the email with your story. For example, dedicate your efforts to someone battling cancer or someone who has sadly lost the battle with cancer. The suggested e-mail wording is in the Donations area.
We have also created suggested wording to ask for donations through a Facebook post or Tweet, which can be accessed in the Donations area.
You’ll probably need to send a few emails and posts with progress pictures to prove you are doing Movember, so aim to start fundraising the first week of Movember.
Ask your company if they donation match – it’s an easy way to double your efforts.
Ask a business that you support to support you - your local coffee shop, restaurant or bar, doctor, hairstylist, dry cleaner, etc.
Send a personal thank you to everyone who donates to you.

Set a fundraising goal for each person on your team. (Why not aim for 1000Kr per person?).
Hold a kick off event to ensure everyone is clean shaven and ready for the challenge.
